Allow to create a rule based on integration to assign a carrier when there are more than one instance of Shopify account.

For example, I have 2 different instances of Shopify on my account.

Currently if I create a rule as shown in the screenshot it does not assign carrier but if I have only one instance of Shopify it will work fine.
