The customer wants the error message to show the exact datetime because rollover datetime can be quite important information to the customer, at the moment its just showing the UTC date(didn't display UTC) so it can be quite confusing to the customers.

I also have a customer that would like this warning to be clearer that there may be account disruptions to due label count being exceeded (similar to how we have that warning at 95%)
