Package Rule: Use integration weights
When I assign a package using the rules, I'd still like the integration item weights to be the package weight and not the default weight of the package
First time customer
I would like to be able to discount the shipping for a first time customer to help get them over the line with a purchase
Merge Orders: Merge Packages
When merging two orders, 1 order has 5 packages, the other 6 packages, In the completed merge I want the order to have 11 packages. Currently the packages of the child order are not taken into consideration when merging.
Rules Based On Email
Customer would like to have the ability to create rules based on receiver's email address to assign carrier
Package weight - include before printing
Currently, the package weight is added to the order after I click Print Label. I would like to be able to see the total weight (including package weight), prior to printing as this sometimes changes the rates.
Cheapest Carrier Rule: Signature Required/ATL flags
Currently Cheapest carrier rule only gets rates for carriers with both ATL and SIG flags disabled. However some carriers charge extra for Signature Required such as Aramex. The rule needs to take into account the default option set in the carrier settings (or a Signature Required rule in the account) for SIG so that it is assigning accurately the cheapest carrier.
Rule: Assign courier based on integration when you have more than one instance of Shopify
Allow to create a rule based on integration to assign a carrier when there are more than one instance of Shopify account. For example, I have 2 different instances of Shopify on my account. Currently if I create a rule as shown in the screenshot it does not assign carrier but if I have only one instance of Shopify it will work fine.
Flag orders with high ratio of shipping cost:order value
Automation to run a calculation for order value divided by cheapest shipping option to show the ratio of shipping cost:order value. If shipping cost is greater than X% (e.g. 10%) of order value, then a notification can be sent to a team member to review the order and potentially apply a 'high-freight fee' to the order.
