Allow for instore purchases to be logged via returns portal.

For example: I purchase item in store, but head home and realize I want to return it, allow me to log on website and return using the portal.

As a user of Starshipit Return Portal; users can import instore orders via CSV or create orders API and then set 'Order Status' to delivered. This will enable customers to process returns for purchase by validating order number and email address they provided at the time of instore purchase.
